Installed on a elevated water tank that is gravity feeding a large plant. Easy to program. I like the plastic screw on cover that weather proofs the batteries and electronics. Simple design with a small ball valve that rotates to turn water source on and off. This is the first timer I've found that doesn't need a pressurized water source to work. If you want to gravity feed water, this is a good unit to consider.
used this for my garden while out of town, easy to set, works great, very satisfied with this product,
Good item at good price easy use can set to come on up 8 times a day
Super easy install with garden hose connections both ends. They include a slip on connection with hose clamp that would push on to a 1/2" to 3/4" od pipe or barbed fitting for the inlet side. It has a rotary ball valve with a 3/8" opening operated by a motor. It doesn't require any water pressure to operate like some do. Setting programs takes a little practice even though the instructions are good. They offer a help line should you need it.
The Electronic Water Timer with LCD allows the ability to set: day of the week, start time and off time in 1 minute increments, and in 8 programs. It worked perfectly in my zero water pressure application to allow unrestricted water flow.
